Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and coordination. With adjustable resistance, Reformer Pilates challenges and tones every muscle group while promoting alignment and core stability. 

Reformer Strength

A high-energy class with heavier resistance and hand weights designed to sculpt, tone and build endurance. 

Reformer Slow Flow

A calming, slow-paced class with gentle stretches and mindful exercises to improve flexibility and leave you feeling grounded and balanced.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on bodyweight exercises on the floor, requiring minimal equipment for a versatile workout. It is ideal for improving form, strengthening and stabilising with controlled, bodyweight movements designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture.   

Mat Pilates Strength

An energising class that tones muscles and builds endurance through strength-focused exercises with tailored modifications to suit your fitness level.

That’s why we’ve created a welcoming space where everyone – men, women, and children – can embrace movement that supports your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. 
Yoga brings body and mind together through movement, breathing, and meditation, offering a practice that supports physical and mental well-being. Our Yoga classes enhance flexibility, strength, and balance while improving posture and body awareness. Beyond the physical benefits, Yoga calms the mind, reduces stress, and encourages mindfulness. Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is a fun and nurturing class designed to inspire confidence and calm in children aged 5 and up. Through playful movement, mindful breathwork, and engaging poses, children build strength, flexibility, and focus while learning valuable skills for managing stress and emotions. Kids Yoga improves concentration and encourages a sense of personal accomplishment, helping children feel strong and capable—both on and off the mat.

Hot Studio

These heat-enhanced classes improve flexibility, build endurance, and boost circulation. The warmth activates your muscles and increases your range of motion while promoting relaxation and stress relief. Mindful breathing and purposeful movement leave you feeling aligned, empowered, and recharged.

Hot Mat Strength Pilates

Hot Mat Slow Flow Pilates

Reconnect with your body in this soothing, heat-enhanced class with gentle, deliberate movements to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation. 

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga combines heat and movement to unlock deeper stretches, improve circulation, and enhance muscle engagement. The warmth boosts lung capacity, supports heart health, enhances flexibility and mobility, burns more calories, and improves skin health through sweating. Our classes will challenge your strength, balance, and endurance.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.

It’s essential to stay hydrated, listen to your body, and take breaks if you feel overheated or fatigued, especially in heated classes. If you’re new to Hot Pilates or Hot Yoga, ease into the heat and allow your body time to acclimatise. 

For those who have pre-existing conditions such as low blood pressure or a heart condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting a heated practice. Heated classes are not recommended during pregnancy due to the elevated temperatures involved. If you have any questions, please get in touch!
